This Privacy Policy describes how Famzgames ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the Brain Dash Android application ("the App") available on Google Play Store.

Brain Dash uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. As a result, certain data may be collected by Google to serve and optimize ads. This policy explains what data is collected, by whom, and how it is used.

By downloading or using Brain Dash, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

Separate from AdMob, Famzgames itself stores only this minimal game data locally on your device using Android DataStore. This data never leaves your device.

Famzgames does not independently collect any of the following:

Brain Dash is designed for mixed ages including children. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Google Play's Families Policy.

Parents or guardians with concerns may contact us at the email below to request information or deletion of any data associated with a child's device.

For users in the European Union, United Kingdom, and European Economic Area, Brain Dash uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent before showing personalized ads, as required by GDPR.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy for details on AdMob data practices.

Brain Dash requests the following Android permissions:

Game data (by Famzgames): Stored locally on your device via Android DataStore. Deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data. Never transmitted anywhere.

Ad data (by Google AdMob): Google retains ad-related data per their own data retention policies. Visit policies.google.com/privacy for details.

  Game data is not backed up to any cloud service by Famzgames

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

Brain Dash's local game data is protected by Android's built-in app sandboxing — other apps cannot access it. Since we do not transmit personal data, the risk of a data breach from our side is effectively zero.

For ad-related data security, Google AdMob uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. See safety.google for details.

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add new features, integrate new SDKs, or when laws change. When updated we will:
